Come to The Edge Sports Center this summer to work on your game!

The Edge Sports Center will be offering the following clinics as part of the Summer 2022 Hockey Development Program. Clinic information and the registration link is located at the bottom of the page. All our clinics must comply with regulations of MDPH and be licensed by the Board of Health.

Edge Elite Development

Edge Elite Development was developed for highly skilled and motivated players looking to take their game to the next level. It is comprised of the following programs. All programs will run 6/20 – 8/11 (Except College Men and Women which are 6/14—8/4) for 7 weeks. No sessions July 4th week. There will be separate groups for boys and girls. Each group will be by recommendation only and limited to 10—12 skaters to ensure maximum repetitions and development.

The coaching staff is comprised of Kory Falite, Bobby Jay, Sara Walsh, Chris Santello, Brianna Mastel, and other Edge coaches

Squirt/U10 Elite - Monday and Wednesday 8:30 – 9:30 AM    $1,000

PW/U12 Elite - Monday and Wednesday 9:45  – 11:00 AM     $1,200
Strength and Conditioning 8:30 – 9:30 AM    $600 additional cost

Bantam/U14 Elite – Tuesday and Thursday  8:30 – 9:45 AM   $1,200
Strength and Conditioning 10:00 – 11:00 AM    $600 additional cost

Midget/U16-19 Elite - Tuesday and Thursday  10:00  – 11:15 AM    $1,200

Strength and Conditioning 8:30  – 9:30 AM    $600 additional cost

This program will be led by Bobby Jay, Sara Walsh, Kory Falite, Chris Santello, and Brianna Mastel

Bobby Jay - Bobby is currently the Boys Hockey Director and U16 Elite coach for the East Coast Wizards. After playing at Merrimack College and 10 years in the AHL, Bobby has coached at Harvard University, the US Women's Olympic Team, and in the AHL for several professional organizations.

Sara Walsh - Sara  is currently the Girls Jr Team coach for the East Coast Wizards. She also coaches the U12 Major 1 team. Sara played college hockey at Salem State and has coached girls club hockey at many different levels.

Scott Fusco - Scott is currently the Director of the East Coast Wizard program and the head coach of the girl's U19 Major 1 team. He has also coached at the Belmont Hill School and with USA Hockey. During his playing career he was a two-time Olympian and a two-time All America selection and the 1986 Hobey Baker Award winner at Harvard University.

Kory Falite - Kory played at Umass Lowell and also several years of professional hockey in North America and Europe. He is currently the head coach of the East Coast Wizard Jr (EHL) team and also the U18 boy's team.

Chris Santello - Chris played at college hockey at New England College. He is currently the head coach of the East Coast Wizard U18 boy's team and the assistant coach of the Wizard EHL (Junior) team.

Camps and Clinics

Power Skating - June 20—23, 2022    5:00 PM (7-10 Years Old) and 6:00 PM  (11 - 14 Years Old)      $125   

Join Head Coach Kory Falite and focus on all aspects of skating for four 50 minute sessions on week night evenings.  Groups will be formed by age and skill level. Skills to be developed include the following.

• High Speed Edge Work
• Power and Stride Work
• Agility

Advanced Defense Clinic, June 27—June 30, 2022   8:30 AM —11:00 AM    $375 

Bobby Jay leads this camp for the accomplished player looking to reach the next level as a defenseman. This camp is for highly skilled players only. This is not a learn to play defense camp.

Edge Hockey Clinic – July 11 – 15, 2022 (5 Days) 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM   $650

• Join coach Scott Fusco and his staff for this is a full day clinic featuring 3.5 hours per day of on-ice instruction, strength and conditioning, field games daily, and a tournament on Friday. Please see the separate Edge Hockey Clinic page for more information.

Total Skills Clinic – July 25 – 28, 2022 (4 Days)  1:00 – 4:00 PM   $325
